NOTICE TO BALDWIN RESIDENTS PUBLIC HEARING Concerning Town Farm (Map 5 – Lot 15)
The Baldwin Select Board will host a public hearing concerning forest management and future use of the Town Farm property on 16 June 2026 at 6 p.m. at the Community Center prior to the Select Board Workshop.
The public discussion is to gauge the public sentiment toward the following proposals.
* A comprehensive forest plan to properly manage and maintain the Town Farm property.
* The owner of Map 5 Lot 14-C has proposed a multi-purpose outdoor recreation facility which includes walking/nature trails and has proposed extending the trails onto the Town Farm property at no cost to the town.
