- Consider the minutes of May 14, 2026
- Review CUP submission from Nate Dukes who is planning to move a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from it’s location in Lovell, Maine to a shed that sits on his property on 283 Bridgton Rd in East Baldwin.
- Discuss status of Wight/Flying Squirrel CUP for their property on Route 113 (approved May 23, 2024).
- CEO wishes to discuss with PB a recurring enforcement issue involving nighttime generator noise and the Town’s current lack of a general noise ordinance.
- Status of upcoming projects/agenda items for next meeting.
- Adjourn
