AGENDA August 27, 2026

• Call meeting to order and determine a quorum.
• Consider the minutes of August 13, 2026. 
• Presentation from Jamie L. Garland, P.E., AVP Main-Land Falmouth about Sam Knowlton’s Sand Pond subdivision. 
• Discuss Draft Noise Ordinance - resolve any wording/content issues so draft ordinance can be sent to DrummondWoodsum for review. 
• Briefly discuss other business as needed: e.g., status of the subdivision moratorium; RFP to potential consultants (SMPDC, Archipelago, some company DrummondWoodsum mentioned, etc.) to start the process of updating all relevant Baldwin ordinances for compliance with State housing legislation.
• Brief update from CEO: e.g., Flying Squirrel communication/next steps; Bishop Delisio Lane proposal and possible need to direct it to Selectmen/Road Commissioner for acceptance of a Public Way.
• Motion to adjourn.
