- Call meeting to order and determine a quorum.
- Consider the minutes of June 11, 2026
- Review revised CUP submission from Nate Dukes who is planning to move a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from it’s location in Lovell, Maine to a shed that sits on his property on 283 Bridgton Rd in East Baldwin.
- Informational discussion with Rob Crawford regarding a possible future development idea he is considering for the intersection of Route 5 and Pequawket Trail.
- Review draft communication and documents regarding TW Enterprises CUP and approve sending to Town Legal Counsel (Amy Tchao) for guidance.
- Update from CEO about old/new business as needed.
- Motion to adjourn.
