SAND POND


The Town of Baldwin owns a sandy beach and boat launching area on Sand Pond. 

The use of the beach, boat launching area and parking area is reserved for the use of

BALDWIN RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS ONLY!


SAND POND RULES:

Residents and Taxpayers MUST have a sticker on their vehicle to use the area.  You can obtain stickers for two vehicles at the Baldwin Town Office.  Vehicles without stickers will be towed at the owner's expense


The Beach, Boat Launch and parking area is closed from 9pm to 6am.

Everyone is responsible for disposal of their trash.  Trash barrels are provided for beach trash only.


No fires are allowed on the beach at any time.


No Smoking on the beach!  


No camping


No animals


No alcoholic beverages, controlled substances or persons under the influence will be allowed. 


Speed limit is 15 mph
